Now Hiring: Manufacturing Assembler – Shippensburg, PA
Location: Shippensburg, PA
Shifts: 1st & 2nd
Pay: Starting at $18/hour (weekly pay)

What You’ll Do
  • Assemble various models and sizes of construction equipment according to specifications and daily assignments
  • Follow instructions from Team Leaders and Managers to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and material lists
  • Plan assembly operations to ensure all parts and components meet exact quality standards
  • Perform tests, identify equipment issues, and diagnose malfunctions
  • Document and report any defects or corrective actions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous assembly, mechanical, automotive, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and diagrams
  • Basic mechanical aptitude — comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented work approach
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
