- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Comfortable working with chemicals; manufacturing or chemical manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to liftupto 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work 3rd shift hours and participate in training sessions.
- Load hoppers and stack finished products efficiently.
- Accurately label boxes, containers, pails, and drums following safety guidelines.
- Lift and palletize items weighing up to 50 pounds, including 1.5-gallon bottles.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Perform general labor and material handling tasks as needed.
- Safely handle chemicals in compliance with company protocols.
