Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Read production drawings; perform QC checks to ensure proper mold setup / dimensions are correct

 Properly prepare fiberglass materials; adjust chop gun as necessary

 Apply fiberglass chop following company standards

 Properly roll the parts to achieve lamination of the part

 Safely operate all tools and machinery

 Maintains tools, equipment and work area

 Solid experience with use of basic hand and power tools

 Able to pass a forklift drivers test and safely operate a forklift

 Must be able to arrive on time and work a full shift with minimal absenteeism

 Other duties as assigned


Benefits:

 2 weeks of vacation 1st through 4th year; 3 weeks of vacation after 4th year

 Closed between Christmas and New Years with pay

 3 Personal days per year
