Machine Operator – Fitchburg, WI

ABR Employment is seeking dependable Machine Operators to join a leading manufacturing team in Fitchburg, WI. Multiple shifts are available, including weekday and a few weekend options. If you have machine operation experience and want steady hours with room to grow, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $20.00 – $22.26/hr (depending on shift)

Current Openings – Shifts & Pay:

• C-Crew: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 2 / 2 / 3 Rotation | $22.26/hr

• D-Crew: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 2 / 2 / 3 Rotation | $22.26/hr

• A-Crew: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 2 / 2 / 3 Rotation | $20.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot thermoforming machinery

• Monitor production and ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain clean and safe work areas

• Complete shift documentation and communicate with next shift

• Perform routine maintenance and assist with new product/process development

• Follow GMP and all established safety protocols

• Train new team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operation experience required

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts or fixed schedules
