Manufacturing Operations Leader Qualifications/Responsibilities:
• Proven experience managing shop floor operations, production schedules, and performance metrics
• Ability to hire, train, manage, and develop production staff
• Skilled in quality control, safety standards, and cost efficiency initiatives
• Comfortable engaging directly with customers on order details and timelines
• Strong budgeting, resource planning, and vendor coordination experience
• Familiar with manufacturing machinery, process improvement tools, and safety protocols
• Ability to work on-site in a physical production environment (lift up to 50 lbs, withstand temperature changes, etc.)
• High School Diploma or GED required
