Title: Beverage Production Specialist – Machine Operations

Location: Neenah, WI
Shifts Available: Straight 2-2-3 schedule – Day Shift 5:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., OR Night Shift 5:45 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

As a Beverage Production Specialist, you won’t just operate machines—you’ll be part of a team that crafts high-quality beverages from start to finish. From cans to bottles, your work ensures our products meet top-notch standards, all while learning new skills, troubleshooting equipment, and keeping our production environment safe and organized.

What You’ll Do:

• Run and monitor state-of-the-art beverage processing and packaging equipment.

• Collaborate with operators, quality techs, and supervisors to maintain smooth operations.

• Troubleshoot machinery and help improve production efficiency.

• Adjust equipment for different production runs and perform preventative maintenance.

• Track inventory and work in ERP systems to ensure accuracy.

• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to move materials safely.

• Keep your work area clean, sanitized, and organized.

• Participate in quality checks and production meetings.

• Cross-train in other areas of production to expand your skill set.

Who You Are:

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated to do great work.

• Experienced in food production or machine operation (3+ years preferred).

• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Familiar with food safety and quality standards—or excited to learn.

• Computer-savvy, especially with Microsoft Excel.

• High school diploma or GED preferred; additional education is a plus.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

• Frequent sitting, standing, and using hands for typing and machine operation.

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

• Close vision and focus adjustments required.

• Multi-tasking, decision making, problem-solving, and data analysis.

• Exposure to mechanical equipment, loud noises, chemicals, and wet environments may occur.
