Overview

We're looking for a Manufacturing Technician who's serious about quality, initiative, and craftsmanship. This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just 'show up' - they take ownership. You'll be hands-on in a production environment, preparing batches, testing materials, and helping improve the processes that keep production moving.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and produce batch formulations according to written procedures.
• Perform in-process and final quality control checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Operate and troubleshoot production equipment as needed.
• Transport and organize materials throughout the facility using forklifts and other handling tools.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to refine processes and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain detailed records and follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of hands-on manufacturing, batching, or quality control experience.
• Strong understanding of process flow, documentation, and quality standards.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic digital record systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A self-motivated, team-oriented mindset - someone who steps up, not waits to be told.
