Their duties include speaking with department leadership to determine training needs,
implementing training programs, reviewing data for trainees to determine their skills.
Essential Job Functions:- Create training schedules, track and create reports on the outcome of all training, and maintain training records for the company.
- Train new hires in standard work and procedures.
- Communicate with Group Leads on focus areas for training and placement.
- Update training matrix for trainees.
- Create and update WIS for TBAKI processes.
- Identify training skills that need to be addressed.
- Audit trainees after training to verify standard work, cycle time, and quality.
- Ability to work as a team;
- Exceptional oral and written communication;
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks;
- Attention to detail;
- Familiar with learning of WIS, WPS, and Training Tracking system;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.;
- High School diploma or GED required
- Experience with hand tools
- Previous manufacturing assembly line experience
- Self-starter with strong work ethic
- Flexibility in a changing environment
- Mandatory overtime flexibility
- English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.;
- Plant: Automotive manufacturing plant
- Travel: 0-10%
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to talk,
see, and hear. The team member must be capable of walking, sitting, and standing and is
occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds.
