Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Marine Electricians to join our team in Marinette, WI. Candidates must be skilled in termination and IR&C (Inspection, Repair & Certification) duties as required by project needs.

What We Offer:
- Pay Range $30 - $34 depending on experience.
- Weekly hours between 50–70 hours
- Housing and transportation fully covered

Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical terminations to spec
- Conduct IR&C testing and documentation as required
- Troubleshoot and repair marine electrical systems
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
- Work effectively as part of a team in a shipyard environment
Requirements:
- Previous marine electrical experience strongly preferred
- Ability to perform IR&C and termination duties independently
- Must be reliable and able to travel for the duration of the project
- Willingness to work long hours weekly
