Contract: 6 months, with potential for extension
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based; EST or CST time zones)

About the Organization

Join a leading global employment platform that connects millions of job seekers with opportunities every day. As the world's #1 job site, this company's mission is to help people get jobs. It's recognized for its innovative technology, inclusive culture, and commitment to improving the hiring experience for individuals and businesses worldwide.

The Role

The Marketing & Communications Specialist, Global Agency Partner Program, will support the rollout and ongoing management of marketing initiatives that engage and enable agency partners across Global Staffing, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and Media Agencies.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can jump right in, navigate ambiguity, and take the lead when needed. You'll collaborate closely with the Global Program Manager and cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) teams to strengthen relationships with agency partners and position the company as a trusted ally to leading organizations around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Agency Knowledge Hub by building, maintaining, and optimizing a central resource for agency partners.

  • Create and update agency-focused content for events, webinars, and training programs. Work with internal teams to ensure materials are relevant, engaging, and aligned with partner needs.

  • Support partner advisory boards and feedback forums in collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and GTM leaders.

  • Coordinate agency training, certification, and recognition programs to promote engagement and highlight top-performing partners.

  • Track partner engagement and feedback to identify opportunities to improve content, communications, and overall partner experience.

About You

  • At least 6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or enablement, ideally supporting partner networks, staffing, RPO, or media agencies.

  • Strong background in content creation, especially for sales enablement or marketing teams in a fast-growing startup or a large enterprise that has been scaling revenue.

  • Able to work through ambiguity, take initiative, and provide direction when priorities shift or information is incomplete.

  • Bold, solutions-oriented, and comfortable raising bottlenecks when you're not getting the support or resources you need. You also work with integrity and bring the team along in the process.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects across global stakeholders.

  • Curious and data-informed, always looking for ways to improve through feedback and insights.

  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as Seismic or Highspot and CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.

Why Join

This is a chance to contribute to a mission-driven organization that's transforming how people find work. You'll be part of a collaborative global team that values innovation, inclusion, and meaningful impact for millions of job seekers and the agencies that support them.
