Our company has offices around the world and is expanding continuously. We are looking for self-motivated, experienced professionals to join our team. Currently, we are seeking a Marketing Assistant in the corporate office in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Overview: We seek a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to provide support for the marketing team in all aspects of the marketing mix. In this role, you will help coordinate marketing activities and internal and external communications and provide day-to-day support for the marketing department. You’ll be instrumental in the development of strategy, content and execution of ZOLLER communications and digital marketing activities that increase our brand’s visibility and help drive lead generation. Marketing Assistant — Ann Arbor, Michigan Responsibilities: Content and Social Media Support: Support the writing and publishing of blog posts, press releases and other content. Contribute to updates and additions for the ZOLLER website. Email Marketing Assistance: Support email marketing efforts by creating newsletters, scheduling campaigns, and tracking performance metrics. Provide support for the coordination, promotion, and execution of events (open houses, customer events, trade shows, seminars, customer visits). Assist in tracking marketing campaign deliverables by utilizing project management skills. Support the tram in meeting deadlines, aligning assets across platforms and ensuring campaigns are smoothly executed from concept to completion. Provide admin support as needed. Other tasks as assigned by management. Requirements: Must not require sponsorship to work in United States now or in the future. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in marketing, communications or similar. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of the MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and HubSpot. Excellent written communication skills to explain complex ideas in a clear and engaging way. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate as part of team.
