Chief Financial Officer (CFO) sought by Warren Fastenings South, Inc. for the North Charleston location. Candidate must have a Bach's or foreign equiv deg in Finance, Acctg, Business Admin, Civil Engg or Construction Mgmt & 8 yrs of exp providing fin'l mgmt & sector leadership for construction & engg services. Must have exp in: Planning & executing a co's annual capital expenditure, generating above mkt ROI. Performing strategic review of cost analysis & fin'l modeling reports to identify opportunities that promote operational efficiency & generate value for shareholders. Recommending & implmtg new innovative technologies to streamline core business processes regarding finance & inventory mgmt, incl, ERP systems. Managing cross-functional teams in fin'l, acctg, controlling, legal & IT areas. Overseeing the structuring & review of contracts to enhance the co's fin'l gains.
