About the Role
Were looking for a Marketing Lead who is both a strategist and a doer - someone who can design smart campaigns, create engaging content, and execute marketing plans that elevate our brand and mission.
Youll coordinate marketing initiatives across digital, print, and community channels in close collaboration with our executive leadership and internal teams. As the companys primary marketing lead, youll help tell our story, strengthen partner relationships, and expand our reach in the IDD, human services, and behavioral/mental health communities.
Part of this role involves identifying and contracting with IDD-owned or IDD-supportive creative designers and contractors, which supports our mission of empowering the communities we serve through meaningful employment experiences and opportunities.Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Execute the annual marketing plan that drives engagement, referrals, and brand visibility in alignment with company growth goals.
- Manage Neighborhood LTCs digital presence - including social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), email marketing, and website.
- Create and distribute newsletters, campaigns, and announcements through HubSpot (or similar platforms).
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that reflects organizational priorities and initiatives.
Content & Creative Development
- Design and publish compelling visuals, graphics, and branded collateral using Canva (required) and/or Adobe Creative Suite (a plus).
- Write clear, engaging copy that communicates our mission to providers, caregivers, community partners, and individuals across all marketing channels.
- Manage outsourced creative vendors for photography, videography, and website projects.
Analytics & Growth
- Track campaign performance and use data to refine tactics and improve ROI.
- Translate analytics into actionable insights across social, email, and web platforms.
- Introduce tools and workflows that increase marketing efficiency and scalability.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner closely with executive leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with business priorities and brand values.
- Engage with internal teams to gather stories, testimonials, and success metrics that highlight our impact.
- Build the foundation for a marketing function that can grow in scope and scale over time.

Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 - $60,000 Annually based on experience.

The Ideal Candidate
Youre a proactive, creative marketer who thrives on collaboration, purpose, and measurable results - someone who loves building brand presence while working closely with a leadership team that values input, integrity, and shared success.
- 4-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, human services, nonprofit, or IDD sector.
- Skilled across multiple marketing disciplines including writing, design, automation, and analytics.
- Proficient in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot Marketing, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills with excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable - comfortable managing multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
