Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):
  • As our external Brand Ambassador and relationship guru, you'll be the face of Pomeroy Living in the healthcare community. Your goal is to keep our communities vibrant and full!
  • Become a Strategic Partner: Cultivate and nurture meaningful relationships with key referral sourceshospitals, rehab centers, physician groups, and elder law attorneysensuring Pomeroy Living is the first and only name they think of.
  • Be a Turnaround Architect: Jump in to support underperforming communities, lending your sales expertise to design and execute strategies that rapidly boost occupancy and hit goals.
  • Master Event Planning: Dream up and execute engaging professional events, lunch-and-learns, and sponsorships that showcase the heart and hospitality of our communities.
  • The Closer: Use your exceptional sales acumen to move families confidently through the decision-making process, handling objections with warmth, empathy, and strategic finesse.
  • Creative Connector: Never use a generic follow-up. You're skilled in innovative "next steps" that break down barriers and keep the sale momentum going.
Who You Are (The Essentials):
  • A Proven Performer: At least three years of successful sales/marketing experience, preferably within the Health Care or Senior Living sector.
  • A "People Person": You're an excellent, natural relationship builder who connects easily with both external partners and internal team members.
  • Organized & Driven: You manage your territory like a CEO, with top-notch organizational and time management skills.
  • The Positive Pro: You bring a bright, customer-focused attitude and handle every challenge with energy and confidence.
