Experience/Qualifications
Current California Bar and JD
10 years experience- Mass tort wage and hourly law
Proven experience in handling mass tort cases related to employment law.
Ability to conduct detailed legal research and analysis on wage and hourly law.
Strong communication skills to effectively manage client expectations remotely.
Commitment to maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Proficiency in legal software for case management and tracking progress.
Ability to draft and file legal documents with precision and accuracy.
