Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential and commercial settings.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding project status.
• Mentor and train junior electricians and apprentices in best practices and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technology.

Requirements:

• Valid Master Electrician license in Maryland and Washington, DC.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using electrical tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
