As an Electrician Lead you will:
- Install, maintain, and repair new electrical systems and wiring for tunnel wash equipment and controls
- Follow all company safety rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees and customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper storage of tools, materials, and electrical components
- Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine electrical requirements, layouts, and materials needed for installations or repairs
- Repair and upgrade existing electrical systems to improve reliability, performance, and compliance with electrical codes
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical systems and car wash equipment to prevent unexpected failures
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to plan and execute electrical upgrades and equipment installations
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to apprentice electricians
- Review and verify apprentice work to ensure compliance with company standards and electrical codes
What we’re looking for in you:
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License
- 3-5 years experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Familiarity with control systems such as DRB, Sonny’s, etc. preferred
- Demonstrated experience in leadership or mentor role
- Ability to travel with overnight stay
