Ginosko Modular is seeking a Master Electrician Team Leader to lead a team of electrical technicians in the factory and on the production line. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality electrical installations in modular units. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and assign tasks to electrical technicians based on production schedules and safety standards
- Interpret shop drawings and collaborate with teams to resolve technical challenges
- Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to team members
- Estimate tools, materials, and equipment needed for each job
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, systems, fixtures, and hardware in modular units
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
- Conduct inspections, tests, and quality checks on completed work
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring safety and readiness
- Support a positive, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/ GED or completion of a formal apprenticeship program required; Associate Degree preferred
- Active Master Electrician or Electrical Contractor license in the State of Michigan
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrician
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and diagnostic tools
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
- Proficiency in hand and trade tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and professional conduct
