United Recovery Project is seeking a professional, dedicated, and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our outstanding Clinical Team.  Candidate must have a thorough understanding of mental health disorders, and have the skills and compassion necessary to work in this environment.  We require that all applicants have the ability to clear a Level 2 government background check, and have experience working with individuals who have high acuity mental health disorders e.g schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc. At United Recovery Project, we foster a close-knit, family-like atmosphere. firmly believing that a cohesive team significantly enhances the quality of patient care we provide. Core Responsibilities of the Primary Therapist 


Responsible for maximum patient caseload of 9 individuals. Will provide group, individual, and family therapy

Conducts psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments.

Collaborates with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan.

Assists in coordinating discharge planning.

Provides structure, boundaries, and a warm and caring environment.

Maintains communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed.

Works as part of a team to provide exceptional patient care.

Promotes a positive morale and maintain professional composure.


Pay Range $65,000 to $90,000 annually commensurate with experience. 

Requirements:

Qualifications of the Primary Therapist


Computer literacy required.

2-year experience working in Mental Health Preferred. 

Licensure and/or (Intern License) to practice clinical discipline in Florida Preferred. 

KIPU EMR knowledge preferred.

Current CPR certification and First Aid preferred.Masters Degree in social work, psychology or related human services field required.

Applicants are required to successfully clear a Level 2 Background check.
