Core Responsibilities of the Primary Therapist
Manage a patient caseload, providing individual, group, and family therapy.
Conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments to guide treatment planning.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary Treatment Team to develop and implement Master Treatment Plans.
Assist in discharge planning and coordinate continuity of care.
Maintain ongoing communication with families, referral sources, and other service providers
Provide structure, boundaries, and a caring therapeutic environment
Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver exceptional patient care
Uphold professional standards and promote a positive and supportive work culture
Pay Range $65,000 to $85,000 annually commensurate with experience.
Requirements:Qualifications of the Primary Therapist
Masters degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field required
Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Registered Intern under supervision) preferred
Experience working with patients diagnosed with substance use disorder and related conditions
Strong clinical documentation skills
