Responsibilities
Material Control Processor - Ti-Cast
This 1st shift Material Control Processor position is located in Plant 5, Ti-Cast Operation. Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain materials testing plan for chemistry, mechanical and metallurgical.
- Use of LIMS testing system
- Review and understanding customer specs and blueprints
- NPI involvement for testing and material requirements
- Ownership of material processing in manufacturing - expediting testing material
- Trouble shooting - problem resolution for testing failures or manufacturing processing.
- Some weekends and sensitive times of the month required for lot test reports for shipments
- Multiple trips, (walking), daily to HRC Lab to deliver and pick up test samples
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of two years' continuous work experience or 6 months manufacturing experience.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a shipping/receiving department in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Must be flexible in a changing work environment and able to reorganize rapidly to changing priorities.
