Position: MCA Sales Broker
Location: Miami, Florida
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
• Originate and manage Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) deals
• Learn and apply sales rebuttals and proven pitching techniques
• Engage prospective clients over the phone with professionalism and persistence
• Follow up with leads and build strong client relationships
• Maintain performance metrics in a high-volume sales environment
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to refine skills
Requirements:
• Strong phone presence with a confident, articulate voice
• TELE+ experience strongly preferred
• Driven, coachable, and hungry for success
• No prior sales experience required—just ambition and life goals
• Willingness to learn and be mentored by industry experts
Compensation & Growth:
• Weekly base draw of $300
• Commission at 25% of the deal payout or base, whichever is higher
• Fast-paced growth potential based on performance
