What You'll Do

As a Mechanic Apprentice, you'll work hands-on with equipment that powers the oil and gas industry. This role offers on-the-job training with exposure to hydraulic and pneumatic systems that few entry-level positions provide.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Learn to repair, maintain, and test pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
  • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance on hoists, winches, and related machinery
  • Follow detailed instructions and safety procedures during repair processes
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in an organized and safe manner
  • Support experienced mechanics with hands-on projects and repairs

What We're Looking For

  • 2 years of mechanical experience-preferably in gas, oil field, or hydraulic/pneumatic systems
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new technical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on work in an active shop environment
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented work habits
  • No forklift operation required

Hours & Pay

  • Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Employment Type: Temp-to-hire (TTH)
