About the Role:

The Mechanical Assembler lays a critical role in the durable goods manufacturing process by assembling components and subassemblies into finished products with precision and efficiency. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly role.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret assembly instructions or blueprints.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and understand basic measuring devices (tape measure and calipers)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in durable goods manufacturing or a related industry.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
