Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Flexible hours available)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team in assembling cathodes and other scientific instruments. This role involves hands-on work in a lab-like environment, with opportunities to learn and grow into more complex tasks depending on your initiative and interest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble cathodes and other scientific components with precision and care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Perform tasks such as welding, machining, lathe work, and complex assemblies (training provided)
• Use hand and power tools related to product manufacturing
• Follow detailed instructions and maintain a low error rate
• Lift and handle items up to 25 lbs frequently
• Listen to music or podcasts while working, as long as it's not disruptive

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good dexterity and eyesight
• General knowledge of physics and lab equipment (preferred but not required)
• Previous experience in assembly or scientific environments (preferred but not required)
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Positive attitude, sense of humor, and lightheartedness
