Their cutting-edge technology focuses on turnkey systems for high-capacity further processing lines. Currently, they have a great opportunity to join their Mechanical Assembly team!

Description

• Assemble Mechanical and Electrical parts, pieces, or products using a variety of tools, and equipment according to required specifications or provided drawings and schematics.
• Prepares work to be completed by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
• Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Lifting overhead up to 30 lbs. on a frequent basis.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow specific instructions.
• Electromechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Hands-on mechanical assembly experience strongly preferred.
