Job Description
Job Title: Mechanical Superintendent
Location: Projects across the U.S.
Mechanical Superintendent Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Rigging, Equipment Installs, Industrial Mechanical, Welding, Piping, etc.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for project success.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
- Supervise a team of 50+ mechanics, providing leadership and support.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Monitor project progress and adjust to meet deadlines.
- Maintain project documentation and provide updates.
Mechanical Superintendent Qualifications:
- Experience: 8-10 years of mechanical installation experience.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- OSHA 30 required.
- MEWP cert required
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel.
- Must have PPE and basic hand tools.
Mechanical Conveyor Superintendent Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $38-$45/hr (Based on experience).
- Per Diem: $115/day
- Work Schedule: 58/wk M-S
- Weekly pay.
