Position Highlights

• Employment: Hospital-owned multi-specialty group

• Scope of Practice: Clinical (primary care and/or urgent care), Administrative leadership

• Leadership Role: Member of the Medical Management Staff; collaborate with the Executive Director and Board of Directors

• Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all medical care and clinic quality goals

  • Provide direct patient care

  • Lead initiatives to maintain clinical excellence and patient safety

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice

• 2 years of Medical Director experience preferred

• Active California Medical License (MD/DO)

• Current DEA Registration and California Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Certificate

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $350,000 - $400,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
