Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced professional medical services, including diagnosis, treatment, and clinical decision-making for incarcerated individuals.
- Coordinate all aspects of clinical health care at the unit level to ensure timely, equitable access for all inmates.
- Supervise and support Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), with responsibility for hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Utilization Management, Clinical Pharmacy, and external specialists to ensure appropriate care delivery.
- Uphold clinical documentation standards, participate in grievance reviews, and contribute to quality improvement efforts within the facility.
