Job Description
Title: Physician – Urgent Care / Occupational Medicine
Location: Multiple Sites Across California
Compensation: $275,000 – $320,000 annually (based on experience and location)
Bonus: Eligible for Sign-On, Quarterly, and Monthly Performance Bonuses

Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physician (Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine) to join our growing team in capacity of Medical Director roles. This is a full-time position providing both urgent care and occupational medicine services, with opportunities for leadership and career development within our statewide organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive urgent care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute illnesses and minor injuries.
- Perform occupational medicine evaluations, including pre-employment physicals, DOT exams, and workplace injury management.
- Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers and support staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support operational excellence across sites.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted California medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Current DEA license and BLS/ACLS certification.
- Minimum 1 year of urgent care or emergency/occupational medicine experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient care and teamwork.
Compensation & Benefits
