As Medical Director, you'll:
- Provide clinical leadership and help develop medical protocols and standards of care
- Mentor and support DVMs and support staff
- Lead by example in practicing high-quality, evidence-based medicine
- Foster a positive team culture with a focus on communication, accountability, and collaboration
- Partner with hospital leadership and Western Veterinary Partners on strategy and growth
- Loyal, long-standing clientele who value personal, honest care
