Chief Anesthesiologist Leadership Opportunity in Greater Tampa Bay!
Envision Physician Services has a premier leadership opportunity for a qualified Anesthesiologist to join our team at AdventHealth North Pinellas in Tarpon Springs, FL, as the Chief of Anesthesia.

The Chief duties will include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling
- Staff development
- Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
- Liaison with hospital leaders
- Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
- Participate in leadership and development activities
- Performance reviews
- Orientation and onboarding of new hires
Opportunity Highlights:
- $75K Start Date Bonus with a 3-year commitment
- ACT: 5 PHYs, 9 CRNAs
- Case mix: General, heavy Ortho, Thoracic, GYN, Spine, ENT and Vascular
- Home call with 1:5 rotation – call back rare

- Must be trained and comfortable with ultrasound guided blocks
