Vero Beach Veterinary Hospital is seeking a MedicalDirector to join our AAHA-accredited team! We can offer up to $50K in bonuses comprised of sign-on, retention, and relocation assistance if applicable, and opportunity for a cash buy-in of up to 10% of the hospital. Located just 2 hours from the parks in Orlando, Vero Beach offers a relaxed atmosphere, affordability, and coastal living—where you can finish your shift and be at the beach in 10 minutes.

The Opportunity:
As the Medical Director at Vero Beach VeterinaryHospital, you will provide medical leadership for the hospital ensuring qualitycare is provided, while also managing associate veterinarians, and assuringregulatory compliance. Alongsidethe Hospital Manager, you will oversee the financial performance of thehospital, preparing operating and capital budgets, and meeting budgetexpectations. Additionally, you and the Hospital Manager will oversee staff andthe overall management of the practice, under the direction of NationalVeterinary Associates (NVA) Divisional Leadership.
Skillsand Basic Qualifications:
- 2+years experience as a DVM
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or relateddegree from an accredited university
- Licensure in good standing to practice in thestate in which the applicant is to be employed
- Commitment to practicing the highest standard ofmedicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
