The Opportunity:
As the Medical Director at Ruskin Animal Hospital, you will providemedical leadership for the hospital ensuring quality care is provided, whilealso managing associate veterinarians, and assuring regulatorycompliance.  Alongside the Hospital Manager, you will oversee thefinancial performance of the hospital, preparing operating and capital budgets,and meeting budget expectations. Additionally, you and the Hospital Managerwill oversee staff and the overall management of the practice, under thedirection of National Veterinary Associates (NVA) Divisional Leadership.
Skills and Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience as a DVM
 - A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university
 - Licensure in good standing to practice in the state in which the applicant is to be employed
 - Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics

Compensation:
- $140-170K base salary depending on experience
 - This position is eligible for production-based bonuses and site profit sharing bonuses quarterly
 - Up to$50K in bonuses comprised of sign-on, retention, and relocationassistance if applicable.
