The Medical Director provides direct oversight of the Center s licensed provider staff while working in partnership with Center s Director of Clinical Operations to jointly manage their Center, delivering accessible, high-quality, cost-effective health care services. Must have a strong desire to make a difference in the community and should also embrace a team-oriented approach. Candidates are expected to share 24/7 call with a group of 5-6 total physicians. Ideal candidates will be able to provide full spectrum general OB/GYN care and must be comfortable with vaginal surgery, pelvic prolapse repair, laparoscopic surgery, and a surgical approach for treatment of incontinence. Additionally, because Peak Vista is a FQHC, the provider s malpractice insurance is covered through FTCA government funds. *Successful candidates will complete pre-employment screening, which includes, but is not limited to a Criminal Background check.
