Key Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: Provide direct patient care while setting the standard for clinical excellence and patient experience.
• Drive Clinical Outcomes: Collaborate with therapists and specialists to ensure optimal treatment plans and timely case resolution.
• Team Leadership: Supervise clinicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with APC supervisory requirements and fostering a collaborative, professional environment.
• Operational Oversight: Partner with clinic leadership to manage staffing levels, implement process improvements, and maintain high-quality care standards.
• Client & Payer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with center clients and payers to support business continuity and satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement changes that enhance clinic performance, patient outcomes, and team engagement.
• Financial Awareness: Contribute to budget planning and monitor key business metrics to support clinic sustainability and growth.
• Culture Champion: Promote values of safety, professionalism, collaboration, and recognition across the clinic team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted medical license
• Unrestricted DEA and state dispensing license (required prior to start)
• Eligible to participate in Medicare
• Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA-recognized specialty (preferred)
• FMCSA NRCME certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
