Responsibilities:
• Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them through the check-in process.

• Maintain and update patient records accurately within the Epic EMR system.
• Assist patients with questions about upcoming appointments or medical procedures.
• Communicate effectively with existing patients to confirm and coordinate follow-up visits.
• Ensure the reception area remains organized and welcoming for patients and visitors.
• Collaborate with medical staff to streamline scheduling and administrative processes.
• Process and verify patient information to ensure compliance with medical office standards.• Proven experience in medical front desk or receptionist roles.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR systems and basic medical terminology.
