This opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior experience in medical front office operations who are comfortable managing high call volumes and delivering exceptional administrative support.Position Details
  • Location: Phoenix, Arizona
  • Pay Range: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience
  • Employment Type: Temporary
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy
  • Greet and check in patients, verify insurance information, and schedule appointments
  • Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Support clinical staff with administrative tasks and front desk coordination
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical front office role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and insurance verification
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
