- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and courtesy
- Schedule appointments and manage confirmations
- Verify insurance and collect co-pays
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient patient flow
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical front office setting
- Familiarity with EMR systems and HIPAA compliance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
