*Medical Malpractice Attorney (10+ Years Experience)**The Fink Law Firm, P.C. - Uniondale, NY**Full-Time (Part-Time Considered) | Hybrid Options Available*The Fink Law Firm, P.C., a boutique personal injury and medical malpractice firm, is seeking an *experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney* with *10+ years of plaintiff-side medical malpractice experience* to join our Uniondale office. We are looking for a seasoned litigator who can independently manage complex cases and contribute to a high-performing team.*Responsibilities** Manage all aspects of plaintiff medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution.* Draft pleadings, motions, and all litigation documents.* Prepare and defend plaintiff depositions; take defendant/physician depositions.* Handle court conferences, hearings, and motion practice.* Work collaboratively with clients, experts, and team members.*Requirements** *10+ years of medical malpractice litigation experience* (plaintiff preferred).* Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.* Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to work independently.* Admitted to practice in New York and in good standing.*Compensation & Benefits** *Salary and benefits to be discussed; commensurate with experience.** Paid time off.*Job Type** *Full-time preferred** *Part-time considered for the right candidate** *Hybrid work arrangements may be available**To apply, please submit your résumé.
