As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of our clinics and an essential part of smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and admitting patients with warmth and professionalism

• Accurately collecting and updating patient information

• Managing phone calls and routing them appropriately

• Handling patient inquiries with care and efficiency

• Supporting clinic flow with scheduling, insurance verification, and record management

• Friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinic environment

• At least 12 months of experience in a medical clinic (preferred)

• Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency
