Position: Medicare Agent

Location: In Office – Sunrise, FL

Hours: Full-Time, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday

About Our Client

Our client is a nationally recognized insurance services provider committed to delivering personalized and cost-effective Medicare solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to assist customers with Medicare plan options

• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans

• Close sales while maintaining compliance with CMS guidelines

• Build rapport and provide excellent service throughout the enrollment process

• Accurately document client interactions and maintain up-to-date records

• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals and productivity benchmarks

Requirements:

• Open to newly licensed or unlicensed candidates — licensing assistance may be provided

• Must be able to obtain a Health Insurance License (Medicare certification preferred)

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment

• Must be able to work on-site in Sunrise, FL during scheduled business hours

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation & Growth:

• W-2 employment at $14.50 per hour

• $1500 signing bonus!! Details provided in interview if hired.

• Competitive commission structure: $40–$70 per deal

• Paid training at $100 per day
