We are seeking Master’s level, licensed or license-eligible clinicians (LMSW, PC-A, MFT-A, LCSW, LPC, and LMFT) to join CFA in one of our programs:


o School-Based Health Centers - Our team provides support for behavioral and mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD in a school setting


o In-Home/Community Based Programming - We understand the importance of people healing in the comfort of their own home. Our community-based services support families who may require a higher level of care than traditional in-office services can provide


o Outpatient Programming - Our Mental Health Clinics provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Family Therapy is the context for much of the clinical work done at CFA, and caregivers are routinely involved in their child’s treatment


Qualifications:

  • • Master’s prepared; LMSW, PC-A, MFT-A, or fully licensed; LCSW, LPC, LMFT
  • • Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
  • • Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail • Reliable transportation as well as the ability to travel
  • • Schedule flexibility to best accommodate client needs


Salary: $58,000-69,000 depending on program and licensure. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred with a significant pay differential offered.
