Join our team as a Mental Health Professional for the NEXUS Program, providing therapeutic and psychological services to offenders.
Essential Functions include conducting screening assessments, developing treatment and education plans, ensuring program quality, facilitating groups and individual counseling, and supporting after-care transitions.
Responsibilities also involve documentation, quality assurance audits, staff training, and collaboration with staff to evaluate and improve programs.
Qualifications require a Master’s in Social Work or Psychology/Counseling, five years of relevant experience, Montana licensure (LSW or LCPC), and strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred experience includes working with offenders, correctional environments, and familiarity with therapeutic models like MRT and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Details include full-time hours, hourly pay ($25-$30), comprehensive benefits, and the need to relocate to Lewistown, MT.
