Full-Time Mental Health Therapist

Salary: $60,000 annually

A growing multidisciplinary clinic is looking for a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist who wants to make an impact while working in a collaborative, supportive setting. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of clinicians—mental health, occupational, and speech therapists—who believe in treating the whole family, not just the diagnosis.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a balanced schedule and room to grow. Once you’re established, a hybrid work option may be available.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and family therapy for children (birth–18), with a focus on helping kids and teens thrive
• Offer individual therapy for adults when appropriate
• Carry a manageable caseload of 25 in-person client hours per week, with 15 hours set aside for documentation, treatment planning, and admin tasks
• Create thoughtful, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team that shares ideas, insight, and laughter

Your Schedule

• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM
• Only two evenings per week require you to stay until 6 PM to meet client needs
• Hybrid flexibility available after onboarding and caseload development

Who You Are

• Hold a Master’s in Counseling or Social Work
• Licensed in Arkansas as an LPC or LCSW
• Experienced (or eager) in working with children and adolescents
• Strong communicator with solid documentation skills
• Independent but energized by a team-oriented environment
