Job Description

Location: Main Office in Port Angeles, WA (no remote work)

Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (DOE/DOQ)

Hours: Full Time, 40/week, Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM


About the Role

Join our outpatient clinical team and provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. As a Mental Health Therapist, you’ll deliver diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention tailored to each client’s strengths, needs, and cultural background.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy.
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans with measurable goals.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and community partners.


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with serious, persistent mental illness
  • Knowledge of DSM diagnoses, evidence-based practices, and recovery-oriented care
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills


Preferred:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in mental/behavioral health
  • Washington State independent license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)


Additional Requirements

  • Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Proof of required vaccinations (MMR, Hep B, Tdap, flu)
