Seeking a psychotherapist to join our team at The ATT Center in Green Bay, WI. We are an integrative healing clinic and our ideal candidate would need to have a passion for incorporating multiple healing modalities to treat the whole person. We are looking to hire someone who has experience in practicing general counseling or has a specialty area they would like to pursue and continue growing. We are also looking for a ketamine-assisted therapist or a willingness to be trained through an accredited program.

The ATT Center is an integrative health and Ketamine-assisted therapy clinic in Green Bay, WI. We offer services in general psychotherapy as well as ketamine-assisted therapy, and additional integrative treatments. Our mission is to provide effective, individualized health care that addresses the whole person, including body, mind, spirit, community, and environment. We are looking to expand our team of multidisciplinary practitioners to work collaboratively to offer compassionate and integrative care through comprehensive treatment programs and innovative treatment modalities tailored to the individual. As a small but growing private practice, we are looking to hire a fully licensed, full-time therapist.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Masters in counseling, clinical psychology, or clinical social work
Licensure: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking to hire a psychotherapist to offer individual, couples and/or family psychotherapy to expand our general practice clinic. The ATT Center has also developed a catalyst model for integrative ketamine-assisted therapy and we are seeking to hire general or specialty therapists or therapists with an interest in the field of psychedelic medicine. Interested therapists will receive ongoing mentorship and consultation to support cultivation of skill in offering ketamine-assisted therapy.
At The ATT Center we take a trauma-informed approach to treatment and are seeking a practitioner who is experienced in and knowledgeable about working with trauma. Our ideal candidate has a competency in relational psychotherapy and multicultural counseling, and enjoys collaborating with a team. We are seeking a candidate who is excited to join a vibrant community of multidisciplinary practitioners who meet weekly for case consultation and team building. We are thoughtful around communication, group dynamics, and shared values and seek to hire someone who is also committed to a conscious relational approach to teamwork. Ongoing education is highly encouraged and supported.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform initial assessment and evaluation of clients through clinical interviews and consultation with other care providers.
Develop and periodically update treatment plans tailored to clients’ individual needs, goals, symptoms, and interpersonal dynamics.
Utilize a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to treatment, with attention to relational and social justice issues.
Tailor treatment to clients’ individual needs and only provide services that are within clinician's licensed scope of practice.
Maintain interdisciplinary treatment through consultation and collaboration with other treatment providers.
Provide services to clients in an ethical, legal and professional manner and seek consultation on clinical cases as needed.
Become acquainted with and abide by the clinic’s policies and procedures.
Maintain up-to-date client records which facilitate review of each client's progress, and maintain all necessary paperwork and forms in EHR.
Timely completion of administrative tasks timely response to client & staff communications.
Consistently develop professional skills and expertise by participating in continuing education opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
Attend weekly team meetings and participate in occasional team and community building events.
HOURS & COMPENSATION
Compensation will be negotiated based on education and level of experience. While it may take 1-2 months to build up a caseload, we are seeking someone who can commit to a full time caseload of 34 client hours per week.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The position requires occasional sitting, standing, and walking. Frequent use of computer and phone. Lifting is required occasionally, of no more than 20 lbs. at a time. The position requires the ability to see, hear and speak.
ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS
This role is considered an in-person role - the work is performed in an office environment at our clinic in Green Bay, WI or virtually through telehealth. Adherence to any specific safety policies regarding COVID-19 is required.
