Position Overview
The MEP Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all work is completed to industry standards and client specifications.

This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all work is completed to industry standards and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage MEP project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, piping, and electrical installations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
