We are seeking a *Mid-Level Civil Engineer* with experience in *transit and transportation infrastructure* to join our growing team in Tualatin, Oregon. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the design and delivery of high-impact transportation and transit projects, including *bus rapid transit, rail transit stations, and rail improvement projects*.

*Position Responsibilities*

* Lead and support the *design and management of civil engineering aspects* for transportation, transit and railway projects
* Prepare and review detailed *track alignment plans, drainage design, specifications, and cost estimates*
* Conduct field work, project inspections, and agency coordination meetings
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Support business development efforts through proposal writing and client engagement

*Qualifications*

* *Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering* required
* *Professional Engineer (PE) license* in Oregon (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
* 4–8 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in *transportation or transit projects*
* Proficiency with *Autodesk Civil 3D*; track alignment design software experience is a plus
* Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
