They are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack .NET Developer to join their dynamic technology team. This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across both front-end and back-end technologies to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. You’ll play a key role in modernizing and enhancing GAIG’s digital solutions that support our core insurance operations and customer experience. Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (required).
- 3–6 years of professional experience developing enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core/6+, and Angular.
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture, RESTful API design, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS preferred.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles, unit testing, and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and attention to detail.

- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using C#, .NET (6+), and Angular.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including business analysts, QA engineers, and product owners — to translate business needs into effective software solutions.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support scalable integration with enterprise systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices for architecture, testing, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies to continuously improve team efficiency and code quality.
- Support deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes within Azure DevOps or comparable environments.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing applications to enhance performance and reliability.
